After ZofficeSDK.mount / ZofficeSDK.connect, console reports handshake timeout!

Answer:

  1. Check if whitelist is configured correctly. Without permissions, SDK cannot be used

Console will report an error, prompting no permissions, please configure a valid whitelist: No permissions, please configure a valid whitelist!

  1. Copy the url parameter passed to mount / connect, open a new browser tab and paste to access, see if the document can be opened. If it cannot be opened, it is not related to SDK
