Error Description: Possible errors include:

  1. Business system callback address not configured
  2. Network restrictions, zOffice server cannot access the business system
  3. Business system profile API response error

Solution:

  1. Need to set the callback address in the management console
  2. Need to check the network situation, try to see if the business system can be accessed from the Filez Document Platform server container
  3. Need the business system to check the logs of related requests
