- Business system callback address not configured
- Network restrictions, zOffice server cannot access the business system
- Business system profile API response error
Solution:
- Need to set the callback address in the management console
- Need to check the network situation, try to see if the business system can be accessed from the Filez Document Platform server container
- Need the business system to check the logs of related requests
