How to Implement View-Only Collaboration Records Without Modifying Any Content

In business systems (especially workflow systems), after documents/attachments have been archived, there is still a need to view document collaboration records to determine how certain modifications were formed. At this time, the document cannot be modified in any way (including comments). For example: After a contract is archived, business personnel find that certain terms of the contract may be incorrect and want to confirm how these terms were formed by viewing collaboration records.

In business systems (especially workflow systems), if you need to control that a user can only view collaboration records, the business system needs to specify in the meta information that the user's role for this editing session is an auditor.
